Leah Mosier
Co-founder & CEO
Leah is our CEO and visionary. With a background in engineering and a design thinking degree from Stanford University, Leah blends strategy, storytelling, and facilitation to build the biggest community for creatives in climate. She’s worked with organizations like The Nature Conservancy, EDF, Stanford, Rewiring America, and Leave No Trace, and leads programs that help creatives and professionals thrive in climate work. Outside of work, Leah recharges by mountain biking, yoga, and hiking with her two dogs and her partner.
Lila Roginski
Co-founder & Business Development Lead
Lila is our sales lead and community builder. Beginning her career in K-5 education and campaign management at UC Santa Cruz (go slugs!), Lila is the person we pay to yell at us. A self-proclaimed type-A, Lila has a knack for getting stuff done. Lila is also our connector and communicator, finding Sustainability Creatives in all corners of the world and bringing them together under a shared vision to do impact-driven work. Lila enjoys suspending herself hundreds of feet in the air on ropes and watching reality television.
Sienna Kirk
Co-founder & Chief Experience Officer
Sienna is a lifelong artist, sustainability advocate, and the creative mind behind the user experience of Sustainability Creatives. Since she was a kid, she dreamed of being a superhero and saving the world from climate change—but she quickly realized that real change isn’t a solo mission. It’s a community-powered movement. That’s what inspired her to help create Sustainability Creatives. With a BA in Design from UC Davis and a focus on sustainable design, Sienna has always used creativity as her superpower—building powerful visual stories that spark awareness and action. From our company’s branding, graphic design, social content, and UX testing, her thoughtful touch is everywhere. When she’s not designing for impact, you’ll find her hiking the California coast, always creating innovative artworks, or cuddling up with her golden retriever.
